Passion Project

When I started my first week of sailing lessons at the age of seven, I had no idea that I would fall in love with the sport. Years of learning and instructing later, I found myself in a position to fulfil my childhood dream when I came across an old sailboat about to be sent to be scrapped.

While the hull itself was (mostly) solid, it needed several repairs and ageing systems completely overhauled. My brother and I spent close to 8 months gutting and refurbishing it, removing the old wiring and engine, repairing structural damage and modernizing the components. We sewed completely new interior cushions, installed both an AC and DC wiring system and fully electric engine, sealed all new windows, internal electrical outlets, 27” monitor for TV or HDMI work, new solar vent, bilge pumps and hoses, lifelines and stanchion bases, and much much more.
